As Co-Founder and Executive Director of Sidekick Sports Academy, I’ve led the transformation of a neighborhood soccer clinic into a regional, multi-sport organization that has served more than athletes and families across Massachusetts. Over the past 13 years, we’ve grown from a modest startup—with just in initial funding—into a thriving community-building company generating over $2 million in total revenue.I’ve overseen all core aspects of the business, including operations, staffing, curriculum design, budgeting, sales, marketing, and long-term strategic planning.
