About Zachary Reding Med
I have experience working at a variety of different levels of MiLB, and collaborating with individuals (coaches and athletes) of different nationalities. Strength and Conditioning duties include individualization of player development based on physical limitations and position specific needs. Daily activity also includes analyzing sports science (player load, resiliency data, and performance based analytics) to determine training adjustments. SPORT SCIENCE EXPERIENCE- VALD Performance— Force Decks— Nordbord— Force frame- GymAware- CatapultIn pursuit of my Masters in Exercise Science, I had the privilege of working as a Graduate Assistant (Wichita State University) and as an Intern (Southern Methodist University) where I began to refine my coaching skills and develop a personalized coaching philosophy. My personal playing history of NCAA Division 1 Baseball (Wichita State University, Texas Tech University) has proven beneficial in my employment as S&C coach in better understanding sport/position specific movements and how to best improve on field performance.
