Build and report upon talent management KPI, providing real-time insight into the talent landscape. Provide compensation analysis to senior leaders during headcount changes. Manage and oversee the compensation structure ensuring compliance to the overall compensation strategy. Implement and oversee ATS implementation for all lanes of operations. Lead the Water Mission talent acquisition staff members. Manage a portfolio of open positions domestically and internationally in East Africa and Latin America. Ensure headcount and hiring compliance in accordance with the set budget.
