Dream BIG where you are, and create the path that leads you there, with some people around you who can help get you there.Time after time, I\'ve watched inspiring leaders and coworkers alike, from all different businesses, surrender their \"titles\" and their \"right to be comfortable\" to get down-in-the-mud with their clients. These people challenged me rethink the way that business could and SHOULD be done.Through a journey of successes, failures, and invaluable relationships, I\'ve discovered a firey, lifelong mission of developing true connections with people from anywhere, everywhere. My end-goal is to always \"handle with care\"- from the way a home is purchased, to any onsite/offsite lunch meeting, and even in a quick conversation over the phone. If my hand is involved in the process, I vow to bring an excellence and a \"blue-collar\" work ethic to prove I can \"walk the walk\".And if that wasn\'t enough about me already(!), I love my wife, Lexi, and my brilliant little redheads, Hudson and Miles.
