He is the Founder and President of Child Welfare Wonk, a strategic policy intelligence platform delivering actionable, data-driven insights to policymakers, partners, and philanthropy.He is also the Founder and Executive Director of Bolder Horizon, a nonprofit cultivating cross-partisan child and family policy leadership and innovation.Zach\'s work focuses on the structural intersections of health, human services, and economic policy, and their role in disrupting cycles of adversity and expanding opportunity for families.Before launching these ventures, Zach spent over a decade shaping bipartisan federal policy and building national child welfare policy infrastructure at the American Academy of Pediatrics.
