My main exp is in Technical Recruiting and Sourcing but over the years I\'ve developed a very particular set of skills (what movie is that from?) working in HR that\'s allowed me to work closely with professionals across all levels of HR and Engineering organizations. From Front Desk Staff to C-suite Executives I\'ve been lucky enough to work with these professionals at companies like Flex, AMD, John Deere, and Dun & Bradstreet.I have experience in creating different recruiting processes around talent acquisition strategies, candidate sourcing methods, interview frameworks, and onboarding procedures. I\'ve lead Tech Recruiting Teams and mentored new hires/recruiters, I love to help the new people mesh!My passion lies with in the candidate experience realm. Switching jobs is almost certainly challenging and making sure you have all the information and communication you need from the recruiter is crucial.
