In his role, Zach oversees the treasury, insurance, licensing and tax compliance functions, as well as providing oversight to acquisition accounting & integration related matters and managing the company\'s external financial reporting. This builds on nearly a decade of experience in KPMG\'s audit practice where he managed both global public and large private audits for clients in the consumer, restaurant, manufacturing, and construction industry sectors.In his former role, Zach developed technical expertise in Business and Asset Valuations, Segment Reporting & Analysis, Revenue Recognition, Consumer Trade and Gift Card Programs, Leases, Derivatives and Hedging Strategies among other areas.
