I’m a data nerd with an extrovert’s energy. I genuinely enjoy getting deep into messy data, untangling complex problems, and then talking through solutions with other smart people. Data is the medium, but collaboration is the multiplier.Most recently, I’ve led an Analytics Engineering team of 10+ to deliver reliable, high-impact data products that teams across the business actually trust and use. I have a strong bias toward action and delivery — I care about moving work forward, shipping things that matter, and avoiding analysis that never leaves the whiteboard. Progress beats perfection.I’ve spent over a decade working in analytics and data, and I’m very hands-on with AI. I’ve used it throughout the analytics workflow to increase velocity, reduce low-value manual work, and keep teams focused on solving the right problems. I’m excited by where data and AI are headed, especially when they’re used thoughtfully and responsibly.I care a lot about building systems that scale, but I care just as much about building teams that do. Creating an environment where people can do their best work — and want to — is something I take seriously.If you like solving hard problems, shipping useful things, and working with people who are both curious and candid, we’ll probably get along.
