Teach ESHESA 7576: Assessment in Higher Education in the Higher Education and Students Affairs (HESA) program. Course description: ESHESA 7576 is an introduction to assessment practices in higher education. Students will consider the role of assessment in student learning and success in a university environment. Students will learn how to identify outcomes; establish appropriate assessment techniques; collect and analyze data in the context of an organization’s mission, goals, and values; and tell the story of assessment in relation to organizational context.
