LANXESS AG acquired Emerald Performance Materials in early 2021. In this role, I am heavily involved in production scheduling, planning, executing and tracking for production. This position had me update cost models workflow processes and operating procedures to improve business efficiency, trace and optimize costs. I interview, vet and onboard all new operators into the plant site. Finally, this role allows me to be involved with future production planning, de-bottlenecking exercise, long term strategy planning and then presenting plans to the Business Unit Leadership about potential projects.
