I lead and manage in accordance with business demands and NPI project plans and timescales, to achieve applications, business and revenue targets and associated projects set by the engineering director.I also managthe applications team in the support of the sales & BDM teams, in the identification, development and ‘design in’ of Amphenol products and components.My role as NPI Manager means I manage and drive the NPI design team to deliver multiple NPI projects in accordance with NPI process, published NPI plans and other business needs. I identify and implement best practice methodology to reduce engineering time from project initiation to product launch.I work with the Engineering Manager to ensures that functions within scope are correctly staffed, trained and provided with appropriate CAD software & hardware to meet the needs of the business, strategy and workload.I support the Engineering Director and regularly reports progress against taskings and identifies areas of risk or improvement.
