Work on growth strategy and execution systems for auto collision, auto repair, and automotive eCommerce businesses, including multi-location operators, MSOs, and manufacturers.Help shape and review demand systems that support customer-pay growth, from go-to-market setup to how performance is tracked day to day.Spend time with founders and leadership teams untangling stalled demand, misaligned execution, and growth that’s moved faster than the underlying systems.Use AI and automation selectively to cut manual work, improve signal quality, and make execution smoother across the growth process.

ABOUT ZACHERY LAHTI
TL;DR: I build things. I fix things. Some careers are built around a single market. Mine has spanned continents, shaped by growth in complex, regulated, and competitive environments.Over the past two+ decades, I’ve worked across multiple industries and regions at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution. My work has included navigating market shifts, designing go-to-market systems, and helping organizations translate visibility and insight into measurable commercial outcomes.Today, my focus is primarily on auto collision & repair and automotive eCommerce. Much of my time is spent studying how multi-location operators, MSOs, and auto parts and equipment brands generate customer-pay demand, and where those systems tend to break down as scale and complexity increase.I’m particularly interested in how growth systems actually function in the real world: how data, tooling, messaging, and operational constraints interact under pressure. Increasingly, that includes examining the role of AI automation and agentic workflows as a force multiplier; where it improves signal quality, reduces friction, and streamlines execution, and where it introduces new risk or overhead if applied poorly.Teams often seek my perspective when clarity is missing - stalled demand, fragmented execution, or sometimes, ignorance. My work centers on helping leadership teams move from activity to outcomes by aligning strategy, systems, and execution with focus and discipline.
