Ensure compliance with operations deliverables in the turnaround milestones and plan-to-plan.• Lead all the planning for capital project within the turnaround event• Leads the effort developing/updating detailed turnaround and start-up plans including de-inventory and cleaning logic. In charge of drafting, reviewing and approve the shutdown, cleanup and startup procedures• Member of the turnaround Core Team o Attend Project Meetings as necessary to support project operators• Participate in the scope challenge reviews and provide factual data on operations items to facilitate scope decision making.• Leads the effort to develop plans for o Temporary storage requirements working with TA Core Team Lead o Temporary piping for clearing, steaming, chem-cleaning, de-inventory, purging etc. o Emission and flaring o Waste disposal requirements both internal and external working with environment team o Equipment isolation plans o Developing Confined Space Entry Documents• Leads the Oils Plan developing with support of supply team• Participates in the development of the turnaround plot plan and temporary facilities requirements. Also, in scope review meetings ensuring that safety, operability and reliability issues are adequately addressed. • Assist with TA Operations/Project Manager for communicating turnaround scope and other information to operations personnel, provide for the training and communication of turnaround execution plans, scope, safety policies, and safety policy variances. Also provides holiday coverage for the Operations TA/Project Manager.• Participate in turnaround schedule reviews and constructability reviews• Attend the turnaround coordination meetings, project and operations permit review meetings. Plus, the development of the Operations TA OpEx budget
