I am a professional Realtor, working together with my wife Isabel and our partners Ben and Carole Heinrich. We serve the Greater Carmel and Monterey Peninsula areas as part of the Heinrich Brooksher Real Estate Group at Carmel Realty Company. Our services include representing buyers, sellers, and investors in real estate transactions. Our clients have full access to our vast and valuable network of local real estate vendors and professionals, who are ready to assist with our clients’ journeys.My experience advocating for our clients and buying and selling many of my own properties has shaped me into a strategic negotiator and connector, providing our clients with unique insights from an investor’s perspective. Isabel brings previous management experience to our real estate practice, offering second to none organization and communication for our buyers and sellers. While I’m not a tax strategist, in pursuit of generational wealth I have built considerable personal experience leveraging the tax code as a business owner and real estate investor, and I love to help our buyers and sellers by introducing them to the same strategies I’ve used to develop passive income streams. Isabel and I really know the best of Carmel and we’re excited to share it with you! We spend our free time going on dates to find the best restaurants, bakeries, and cocktails around the peninsula, or adventuring with our lab Delta through the stunning natural environment we have been lucky enough to call home since attending CSU Monterey Bay where our partnership first began. We both learned to anticipate and serve at a high level through our years in the restaurant business, which is how we put ourselves through college.
