   Collaborates with global Biometrics (Biostatistics, Data Management, IRT) leaders to implement continuous process improvement methods, fostering a culture of excellence. Leads strategic technology and process initiatives, such as managing a Smartsheet Committee, a Q&A committee, and contributing to a Biostatistics SharePoint Knowledge Base site that standardizes efforts contributing to global operational efficiency. Provides internal guidance to the department on project management. Trains department on budget, resource, and timeline awareness, along with project management best practices. Supports multiple projects simultaneously. Manages large projects and standalone biostatistics projects by partnering with the Statisticians and Programmers to ensure client deliverables are met on time within budget.
