Strategize and develop access control systems by integrating existing footprints into newly developed blueprints. Oversee and execute the installation of these systems during construction turnover to ownership group- Bridge portions of a $260million construction project turnover to the ownership group by managing multiple sub-contractors throughout various sectors- Manage the storage and logistics of over $500,00 of pre-existing inventory during construction- Draft Contracts, Trade Agreements, and go through the RFP process to bid out contract work for the facility and the tournament- Manage projects varying from preventative maintenance, construction closeout, and tournament preparation- Oversee the execution and operation of Preventative Maintenance Facility Plans such as: Painting, Power washing, Elevator maintenance, Fire Alarm and Suppression system maintenance, and Janitorial cleaning- Manage a sq. ft warehouse and loading dock while receiving $2 million+ of tournament supplies ranging from player supplies to merchandise and more- Approve and process invoices while managing budget categories- Procure and develop logistical plans for ecology supplies for the entire 40-acre property- Supervise and manage over 150 pieces of rental equipment- Supervise and execute the logistical operations of tournament preparation through efficient teamwork to distribute supplies across the site with heavy machinery- Oversee the hiring process for over 80 interns- Manage a team of 6-8 interns leading up to, and during the tournament- Support all tournament stakeholders operationally by cultivating relationships with the following groups: Levy, Hawkeye, ATP & WTA Tours, Gravity Media, Tennis Channel, Pepsi, Western & Southern, Rolex, and all of our cornerstone partners, including sponsorship activations.
