About Zach Blevins
I lead the Business Operations (BizOps) & Strategy team and am the Chief of Staff to the CEO of Scale AI. Scale is a $29B AI startup that develops data and model training solutions for frontier AI labs and builds complex, multi-step AI applications for enterprise and public sector clients. Our mission is to develop reliable AI systems for the world’s most important decisions.Scale is growing (very, very) quickly in an industry that changes ~weekly. Most of the challenges we face have ambiguous causes and unknown solutions - we cannot simply pattern-match our way to winning. My team is a tight knit, low ego group of experienced operators that directly for Scale\'s CEO to dive deeply into Scale\'s thorniest challenges, driving clarity and outcomes by breaking down and solving problems in a highly structured way. The team is highly operational, readily shifting between strategic cross-functional projects and rolling up our sleeves to run day-to-day operations.
