This includes bulk and sample orders going to various locations (2 warehouses in Durham, office in Raleigh, warehouse in Ohio, and office in LA). This is done through constantly running reports/audits on all database entries as well as with freight forwarders. I review all customs entries for proper duties and tariff code assignment. Maintaining relationships with material manufacturers and the customs brokers in between is essential for my position.
