ABOUT ZACHARY GOLDMAN

I\'m excited to bring all my experience together to help grow the bridge lending portfolio for Armitage Street LLC. We have a strong focus on multi-family and mixed use projects where the borrower needs to close quickly in order to stay competitive in the real estate market.I began my commercial banking career as a credit analyst with First Midwest Bank in their relationship manager training program. While there, my main focus was working with middle market commercial and real estate clients. Following that, I joined First Eagle Bank as my passion lies within working in a more entrepreneurial environment with a focus on commercial real estate lending, construction and community revitalization. An AVP with First Bank of Highland Park, I focused heavily on more complex and larger construction and real estate renovation projects throughout the Chicagoland and Milwaukee, WI markets.In 2011, I obtained a Master of Business Administration from Roosevelt University\'s Chicago School of Real Estate with a concentration in Real Estate and Finance.
