Cohn & Dussi, LLC was established in the early 1990\'s as a civil litigation law firm with extensive experience in commercial litigation, creditors\' rights, leasing, bankruptcy, corporate and finance law, construction law, and real estate transactions. We employ a highly effective team approach to address each client\'s needs by drawing on the specialized knowledge of those best qualified to handle each client\'s unique situation. The result is enhanced communication, expedited resolutions, and contained costs to our clients. Our clients benefit from a \"case review process\" where attorneys in the firm meet regularly to assess ongoing cases and the legal issues involved. Our attorneys engage in open dialog with our clients, enabling us to explore the best and most appropriate legal options available. When litigation is warranted, our clients are placed in the capable hands of attorneys with vast experience in all State and Federal Courts, at both the trial and appellate levels. To provide the highest quality of client service, we developed an internet-based update and reporting platform, the Client Update and Entry System, or CLUES. This system enables us to efficiently manage claims and accounts, and provides our clients with 100% transparency into our efforts on their behalf.
