Zachary Dennison is the CFO of Penta Research and is responsible for all nancial aspects of the business including accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, 401(k) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) plan administration, pricing proposals, and payroll. Mr. Dennison joined Penta Research in 2019 as the Corporate Accountant and then served as the Controller. Prior to joining Penta Research, Mr. Dennison interned with Bearden, Stroup & Associates, CPAs and was a Staff Accountant at Halstead & Halstead PC. Mr. Dennison holds a BS in Accounting from Pensacola Christian College and a MS in Accounting from Liberty University. Mr. Dennison has attended the Management Academy through Leadership Greater Huntsville (Class MA-14). Mr. Dennison and his wife, Audrey, are high-school sweethearts and have two children, Theodore and Rosemary.
