Contract 10/18-9/19)*Consult with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps and drive effective and efficient talent strategies in support of the business.*Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business and organizational design decisions.*Present ongoing requisition updates both written and verbally to HR Business Partners, Controllers and Business leaders.*Network, source, build and nourish talent pipelines attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals to join Cigna.*Act as primary negotiator and closer with selected candidates.*Help to create a diversity sourcing strategies for the designated business groups; this includes building strong external partnerships with diverse-minded associations.*Screen, evaluate and qualify candidates, includes conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.*Partner with other HR partners, as appropriate, to ensure that Cigna is able to attract the necessary talent.*Provide substantive and competency-based feedback to all unsuccessful candidates.
