About Zachary Thoma

Improving manufacturing processes and procedures all over the globe for twenty years. From metal working, to woodworking, to feed and grain milling, to automotive manufacturing, I\'ve been fortunate to see the world and work with some amazing people on improving their processes. I have a soft-spot for the small company that is just getting into automation, as well as the large company that hasn\'t seen some of the most value-added - but maybe least marketed - offerings out there. I simply enjoy fitting companies with the right solution and making their processes better. On a personal note, I enjoy leveraging my struggles with anxiety and depression to help others. It\'s amazing how much it\'s present in the workplace but remains a bit taboo. Whether it\'s sharing a story of my own struggles, posting a link to a tidbit of inspiration, or pointing people towards solutions that have worked for me, I believe there is a place for mental fitness in the workplace without making it a cause.
