Product Leader for Agent + Supervisor Desktop experiences and CPaaS Admin. Started March 2026-Product Management Team Lead for Webex Contact Center, CCaaS and CPaaS Tenant Management, including: CX Admin and partner portal configuration experiences (tenant, team, queue, AI feature configurations and many more!), Admin MCP server plugins, Admin AI Configuration Assistant, Access Control Framework, Interaction Management (Recordings, Transcripts, Digital), Provisioning, Onboarding, and Admin Education (first time set-up experiences), Licensing and Billable Event framework, Wholesale, Audit Event FrameworkSince joining the CX group, our team has made onboarding and provisioning exponentially more efficient, reducing the process from weeks to minutes, increasing customer trials and trial to production customer conversion, ultimately leading to an additional ~$17M in revenue in the first year and ~$40M overall. We have also achieved a ~50% decrease in time to complete critical tasks compared to our legacy admin experiences, and our admin experience has steadily improved in the Gartner Magic Quadrant scoring YoY as a \'Visionary\' in the CX market. We aim to simplify and optimize workflows for a plethora of personas that extend outside of the realm of the traditional IT admin role.Additionally, I am a leader and program creator of our CX PM Mentorship program spanning over a dozen mentors and mentees to level up a variety of skills, including PM AI proficiency, product requirements gathering, stakeholder management, interfacing with external parties, roadmapping, and many other core product management proficiencies.
