ABOUT ZACHARY STERN

As General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer, I oversee the Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Public Policy functions, and provide strategic counsel to the US Operating Committee and the Board of Partners and Principals. I’ve served as General Counsel since 2020 and took on the additional role of Chief Administrative Officer in 2024. In this capacity, I also manage the administration of our partnership agreements and support PwC US’s Board of Partners and Principals.With proven expertise, bold insights and tech that moves business forward, we help you drive your company to the leading edge. Earlier in my career, I was an associate in the Litigation Department at Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York. I also had the privilege of clerking for the Honorable Peter K. Leisure of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the Honorable José A. Cabranes of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. I graduated magna cum laude from both Harvard College in 1994 and Harvard Law School in 1997.I played football in college and remain a passionate fan of New York sports teams—especially the Yankees, Rangers, and Jets.
