My primary IP area is in Memory BIST, cache integrity, characterization, and array repairs. I work with various memory structure topologies such as latch arrays, and both standard and high density bitcells, doing repair rate analysis, algorithm characterization with PBIST, and transistor level diagnostics such as bitmapping.In addition, I have worked with various DFT structures for transistor process parameter correlation, including frequency and capacitance parameters, and handled test program releases for both wafer level and packaged products.Initiated Member of Delta Sigma Phi Fraternity - Theta Eta Chapter
