My name is Zachary Rogers, and I’ve completed the Orthopedic Reconstruction & Trauma program at Medical Sales College. During my time there, I gained hands-on experience in cadaver labs, learned OR etiquette and sterile-field protocol, and built a strong understanding of shoulder, knee, and hip reconstruction. I also trained on major orthopedic platforms like Stryker, Zimmer Biomet, DePuy Synthes, and Exactech, giving me a solid foundation in how these systems are used clinically and how to support surgeons in the OR.Before MSC, I built valuable sales and communication experience through roles in healthcare, logistics, and retail. At Precision Medicine & Wellness, I helped support product education and patient engagement. At Buckle, I generated over $155K in sales by connecting with customers and understanding their needs. My time in logistics taught me how to manage details, solve problems quickly, and communicate clearly.
