   Manage the DHS National Training and Education (NTED) state training program. Serve as the central point of contact to schedule and authorize deliveries of the National Domestic Preparedness Consortium (NDPC) and NTED courses- Primary Lead for exercise initiatives for NJOHSP Exercise Unit - create, develop and facilitate HSEEP consistent training and exercise programs focusing on counterterrorism, cybersecurity, and all hazards emergency preparedness for federal, state, local, and private sector agencies- Analyze operational problems and develop strategic training products and exercises that improve customer knowledge to deal with complex homeland security issues- Collaborate with DHS, State Training Officer, and other State emergency management partners to develop the NJ State Integrated Preparedness Plan - Teach Active Shooter Incident Management-Basic (ASIM-B) to first responders and emergency managers throughout NJ- Sit on, and provide input to, various State Subcommittees: New Jersey Fire Threat Task Force – Training Subcommittee Chair and Active Shooter Policy Subcommittee Member, State All-Hazards Public Safety Subcommittee, State Training Committee, State ICS Advisory Council- Current Master Exercise Practitioner (MEP) candidate (Cohort FY23-2)- Review and score Investment Justifications for the FEMA Nonprofit Security Grant Program and Homeland Security Grant Program- Review applications for NDPC Residential and Mobile training courses- Completed National Emergency Management Basic Academy (NEMBA)- Completed Professional Development Series (PDS)- Awarded “Best Project” (2019)- NJ Elections Security and Preparedness Exercise, NJOHSP “Preparedness Division Award” (2022)
