As an airport planner, Zachary has worked on a number of airport planning projects including master plans, state aviation system plans, sustainable master plans, and infrastructure justification studies. Zachary\'s experience in airport operations and administration has allowed him to serve as a project manager or deputy project manager on most planning projects he has worked on.
