   Performed physical integration on the 7nm z16 Telum processor in the core, L3 and Nest Acceleration Unit (NXU.) Ran pin optimization, floorplanning, logical verification, parasitic extraction, timing closure, routing, congestion analysis, LVS, DRC. Led the implementation of ODP_TOP, the largest unit in the 7nm Odyssey DDR5 interface chip from RTL to GDSII. This pulled together third party IP, custom and synthesized macros, custom clock routes, two power domains, staging latches, buffering and interconnect routes. Presented progress and ran audits.
