Starting as a paving laborer and working my way through roles in project management, purchasing, and accounting, I’ve developed a firsthand understanding of the work ethic, grit, and teamwork that drive success in construction.My leadership philosophy centers on building people and strengthening community—rooted in faith, family, and the belief that great conversations (and great coffee) spark growth. I strive to balance resilience on tough days with the humility to learn from others.I hold a B.S. in Accounting from North Greenville University, and today I focus on developing people, improving safety, and fostering a culture where careers—not just jobs—can thrive.Outside of work, you’ll find me chasing my three-year-old son and pitching baseballs to my seven-year-old son, exploring mountain trails, fly fishing the Chauga River, or sketching the next design for our company hats and apparel.
