In charge of carrying out the monthly closings, financial reporting as well as budget (> 100M$) and forecast preparation for RTFT\'s Havre-Saint-Pierre mine- Conducted and assisted in the financial evaluation of CAPEX/value creation projects/LOM plans in collaboration with project managers and engineers- Assigned to develop management tools aimed at improving the financial position of the organisation through various cost analysis methods. This includes regular cost monitoring meetings with managers and \'\'Building Full Potential\'\' initiatives-Member of the RTFT-HSP leadership board, which is responsible for managing the stakeholders of the mine, developing various strategies to achieve our operational goals and setting the overall direction of the site- Responsible for being fully integrated into the mine\'s operations in order to improve decision making and cost management solutions.

With my role at Rio Tinto, I have been able to substantially advance my knowledge of the operational challenges that mining companies face and the associated impacts from a financial perspective. I have a profound interest in the materials sector due to the unique drivers of the industry and the macro forces that impact mining organisations. I am presently Finance Business Partner for RTFT’s Havre-Saint-Pierre mine operations. Our mine at Lac Tio is located 43 kilometres north-east of Havre-Saint-Pierre on the largest solid ilmenite deposit in the world. We are proud of our long history of operational excellence as well as our implication in the development of the region\'s communities and the Ekuanitshit First Nation.
