I am a Partner in the Financial Services and Projects Groups in the Toronto office of Miller Thomson LLP. My practice focuses on all aspects of domestic, cross-border and multi-jurisdictional banking and secured and unsecured lending transactions, including acquisition financings, project finance, mining finance, syndicated and bilateral financings and mezzanine financings. I regularly represent Canadian and foreign banks, private equity firms, and domestic and international corporations.I also advise on complex national and international project financings, project development matters and commercial arrangements on energy, mining and infrastructure projects in Canada, the United States, South America and Africa.
