Support Foreign Military Sales program for the V-22 with Japan. Track all aircraft components, parts, and support equipment in multiple location. Create DD1149 forms to properly ship items to Japan or within US for aircraft delivery or calibration procedures. Use my experience to determine best approach in planning and expending resources/funding to ensure adequate and affordable logistics support posture. Coordinate with multiple points of contacts through varies locations to track, ship, document parts, and aircraft components. Maintain multiple Excel spreadsheets tracking status of parts, HAZMAT and aircraft delivery. Work directly with ATLA (Advanced Technology Logistics Agency) for tracking MILSTRIP purchased items to verify data, or correct discrepancies between inventory Excel sheets in Japan, with inventory in warehouses to be shipped to Japan. I provide analyses on degraders and data gathered from logistics management information systems in the execution of logistics and program planning documentation. Discover and solve discrepancies within multiple locations inventory and purchasing MILSTRIPs. Prepare Power Point Slides for PMR (Program Management Review) to be briefed in Japan. Provide updates to senior leadership to ensure a smooth process. Provide V-22 expertise for trouble shooting, maintenance, and logistic functions as needed. Managing the inventories from the ISC Team in Gulfport MS. Taking inputs from the ISC Team and adding additional information to the inventories required within the PMA and other outside organizations. I update the inventories by researching within SCIP (Security Cooperation Information Portal) and documents I have created to track parts, MILSTRIP procurements, and shipping status. I work with my team to identify, plan and execute logistics efforts to ensure all aspects of the total systems life cycle (i.e. acquisition and sustainment) are in place to meet program requirements.
