Passionate, Spanish-speaking attorney who helps clients navigate the U.S immigration system. I fight deportation and help clients to obtain permanent residence and naturalization. I represent clients through all phases of the immigration process, including deportation defense in immigration court, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and U.S. District Courts, as well as presenting applications for relief before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. I have been featured on Latina 100.3 FM, discussing recent developments in immigration law, and I have presented a \"Know Your Rights\" presentations to help immigrants get qualified legal help and understand their rights.
