Joined post–Series A to help scale Flock, a tech-enabled 721 exchange platform that allows rental property owners to exchange their real estate in a tax-deferred way for shares in our diversified fund—going fully passive while retaining long-term upside. Since joining, I’ve helped grow AUM from ~$60M to $200M+ and supported the company’s expansion through its Series B, backed by Andreessen Horowitz, Primary Venture Partners, and Renegade Partners.I lead the underwriting process for single-family and small multifamily deals and have built valuation tools and workflows that power our investment decisions. I work closely with Engineering, Product, Capital Markets, and Sales to refine these systems, improve speed and accuracy, and support LP conversations by breaking down our valuation methodology and portfolio strategy.
