Designed, administered, and analyzed a research study that led to the development of a newmobile application that would assist patients with lower back pain to complete their physicaltherapy properly from home. Through various techniques, led the team to ensuring theapplication was easy and simple to use for the patients.Constructed and conducted a research plan to understand how patients suffering fromvarious symptoms of Neuromyelitis optic (NMO) were receiving care. The objective was tounderstand their pain points within the medical system to produce a novel protocol thatwould improve the treatment and diagnosis of NMO nationwide. Ninety-seven user interviewswere conducted and analyzed before the protocol was presented to medical executives. Newprotocols for NMO treatment and diagnosis are now under consideration.
