As a Vice President of Property Management, I oversee an assigned portfolio of residential properties located in 9 states and effectively lead a team of Regional Portfolio Managers. My role is responsible for ensuring the maintenance and integrity of the physical assets and maximizing the returns for the assets in the assigned portfolio. Seek opportunities to enhance communications and build collaborative relationships with supervisors, peers, and subordinates. Establish positive, productive relationships with all funding, community, and regulatory agencies. I prepare for and attend regular meetings with the supervisor and/or the owners to present detailed reports on portfolio performance. I also seek out public forums to contribute to the industry and build on the company\'s reputation as the leader in multifamily housing. Train, motivate, and empower associates to reach their goals and those of the properties. As a Vice President, I am expected to manage and maintain a positive owner relationship and communicate effectively with owners in my assigned portfolio.
