Led a program of >100 students at one of the nations top public magnets, coaching at dozens of tournaments around the U.S. Coordinated practice plans with the captains, organized ~20 targeted research groups each month, and facilitated skill development through one-on-one and small group office hours. In my first year, the team earned more than twice the number of bids to the Tournament of Champions as the prior.
