I am a management consultant helping Fortune 500 organizations bring their HR Transformation journey to life. I have experience helping large organizations with technology driven shared service transformations utilizing Servicenow HR Service Delivery, organizational change management, HR process analysis / design, and benchmarking. With the ServiceNow platform I have helped organizations implement and optimize case management, knowledge, employee center pro, chat, alumni service center, universal request and reporting / analytics. I am particularly passionate about helping organizations implement and optimize the employee relations scoped application on the platform. In addition to my work with HR Service Delivery, I have lead organizational change management efforts for large scale transformations impacting the employee wide population. I have also helped organizations with benchmarking and analyzing their current state HR processes to define the future state. Prior to joining the consulting industry I gained broad HR experience in benefits, employee relations, talent management, and recruiting.
