ABOUT ZACHARY CHALMERS
I’m currently a student at Indiana University’s O’Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs, majoring in Management and exploring a future in commercial real estate and development. This past summer, I interned at Quantum Real Estate Advisors, Inc, a brokerage firm, and Echo Real Estate Capital, Inc, a development and investment company focused on build-to-suit and value-add strategies. These experiences have helped me build a foundation in market research, client support, and professional collaboration. In past roles, I’ve developed strong communication and problem-solving skills in fast-paced, team-oriented environments. I’m looking forward to continuing to build on these skills as I grow in the commercial real estate field.
