I\'m a graduate of the Andrew Young School of Policy Studies at Georgia State University, where I earned a degree in Social Entrepreneurship with a concentration in Health and Human Behavior. My academic background provided me with a strong foundation in analytical thinking, strategic problem-solving, and the professional skills needed to drive innovation within the social impact space.Throughout my studies and experiences, I’ve cultivated a passion for creating solutions that address complex social challenges, with a focus on community well-being and sustainable impact.    As an Atlanta / Core Market Host Advisor, I partner closely with real estate investors and operators in one of PadSplit’s most established markets to help them successfully launch, optimize, and scale shared housing properties.In this role, I advise hosts on market strategy, property optimization, and operational best practices to maximize occupancy, improve resident outcomes, and increase property performance while expanding access to affordable housing.
