About Zachary Blue
As a finance student at UVA McIntire School of Commerce, I am pursuing a degree that combines business fundamentals with interdisciplinary perspectives and experiential learning. For the past 1.5 years, I have been working as a business analyst intern at Living Fund, a venture capital firm that invests in early stage health and wellness companies focused on reversing the chronic disease epidemic. In this role, I research and analyze prospective investments and their competitive landscapes, identify and evaluate emerging areas of opportunity, and support the fund manager in evaluating pitches and conducting due diligence. I enjoy applying my analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills to the dynamic and fast-paced field of health and wellness innovation. I am motivated by the mission and vision of Living Fund and the impact they have on improving people\'s lives and well-being. I also bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the team as a passionate climber and route setter, who manages and trains a team of five at the University of Virginia\'s indoor rock climbing facility. I am eager to learn from and collaborate with other professionals who share my passion for health, wellness, and business.
