That means constant training, mentoring them in their careers, handling all the administrative responsibilities – evaluations, awards, and making sure everyone’s taken care of. Building a strong, confident, and capable medical team is my top priority; their well-being and readiness are on me.It’s not just about the people, it’s about ensuring we are ready to provide medical support whenever and wherever it’s needed. I helped plan medical operations for deployments and exercises, keep our procedures up-to-date, and manage all our medical supplies. I oversee casualty care, coordinating with higher headquarters and other units to get our soldiers the help they need. Ultimately, I make sure my personnel are prepared to deliver effective medical care, whether it\'s a routine sick call or a mass casualty event.
