ABOUT ZACHARY BARRY
In terms of formal education, I currently hold my bachelor\'s degree in supply chain logistics management and received the certificate of entrepreneurship (both accredited from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee). I have also obtained my black belt in lean six sigma (accredited through Six Sigma Global Institute). In terms of informal education, on the job training has given me vast experience in leading teams between 8 and up to 350(+) people. Responsibilities on these teams have varied from team leader roles (providing direction but still hands on and focusing on the finer details / smaller tactical decisions) to production area manger (leading large teams in several functions with focus on the strategic goals for the facility and company). I have learned a people first mindset will always yield results, and is arguably one of the most valuable skills I have added to my tool belt. A people first mindset focuses heavily on all facets that affect success and goal attainment. This includes personal success on the individual team member level, and organizational success as a whole. My goals are simple. I am driven to lead people in a way that promotes involvement, collaboration, and an intrinsic \"want\" to succeed both personally and organizationally.
