I also regularly advise clients on regulatory matters in connection with corporate transactions involving broker-dealers and securities exchanges, including obtaining regulatory approvals where necessary, and act as client advocate in connection with regulatory and legislative proposals and have assisted in drafting proposed legislation, including aspects of three bills that have become law.
