   I lead the portfolio of initiatives in our Life Insurance Business to transform how we go to market and how we interact with our clients, distribution partners and teams. I am the leader of our Strategic Planning Office for our Life Business.I support our executives across distribution, operations, product, technology, underwriting, customer experience and marketing to prioritize and fund strategic initiatives. I lead both execution and change management functions of our portfolio. I am responsible for our governance structure and processes along with our annual strategic budgets. I prepare materials for our various corporate and global bodies and boards and am responsible for overall reporting on the health of the life portfolio.
