Leads research and development of new business opportunities to support the new strategic direction of YLabs, including establishing a new impact framework and fundraising strategy. Identify and track new and existing funding opportunities and partnerships to support the scale and sustainability of YLabs’ proven digital health interventions. Lead proposal development processes. Manage and oversee the work of a distributed business development team.Provides public health expertise to support the design and evaluation of programs aimed to improve adolescent health and livelihoods. Provides technical assistance to research practices throughout the design process, from protocol development, to in-field data collection and analysis, to reporting and presenting work. Inputs on technical content development for YLabs’ digital products and services. With the Marketing and Communications team, crafts and disseminates compelling dissemination outputs for a variety of audiences about our work. Develops additional technical outputs, such as narrative reports for project, articles, and conference abstracts, to support reporting and dissemination of our work.
