As an Account Executive at Brooksource, I take pride in being a \"Trusted Business Advisor,\" helping both candidates and clients navigate the evolving tech landscape. My focus is on building strong, collaborative relationships and solving problems by connecting the right people with the right opportunities. Whether it’s finding top-tier talent or helping organizations fill critical needs, I thrive on delivering value through thoughtful and effective communication. With a background in sales, I’ve developed a strong understanding of client needs, business strategy, and how to drive results. I’m passionate about the work I do and committed to being a trusted partner for my clients and candidates alike. Currently, I’m also pursuing an MBA at Central Michigan University, where I’m deepening my expertise in business strategy, leadership, and management. This advanced education complements my hands-on recruiting experience and allows me to approach challenges with a strategic mindset. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my dogs and girlfriend, hiking in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, snowboarding, and unwinding with video games. Life is all about balance, and I find inspiration in both my professional challenges and personal adventures.
