Working alongside Data Analytics, Marketing, Customer Success, Product, Operations, and executive-level Enterprise customers in the Education industry, we powered online higher ed with learning management systems, growing their respective market share. Experience successfully collaborating cross-functionally on GTM strategy and with Enterprise Customers like Pepperdine University, Syracuse University, and University of Denver. Key relationship manager, initiating 10 year contracts and bringing on new customers. Provided regular presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, pipeline reports, and performance recaps to ensure that goals were met and customers were informed. Managed consultative sales teams varying in size from 5 - 10 direct reports. At 2U, I’ve onboarded and developed over 30 Account Executives and coached 14 into senior positions. Owned all aspects of team management, including; day to day operations, team pipeline management, staffing, training and development, goal setting, process improvement, and data insights to navigate macro-level strategy changes and drive business. Developed and analyzed KPIs and Salesforce reports to identify opportunities at all stages of the sales funnel and fuel data driven strategy changes to improve conversions and exceed revenue targets.
